Security

You can set the security settings for your account in the Control panel:

  • change the password;
  • enable/disable two-factor authentication;
  • view session logs.

There are two ways to open the Security tab:

  1. Click Security in the upper Profile section on the main page of the Control panel.
  2. Open the account menu in the upper right corner, select Profile and settings, and go to the Security tab.

Changing the Password

To change your password, enter your current password on the Security tab, enter a new password, and click Change password.

If you forgot your password, you can create a new one. To do this, click Restore access to control panel when logging in to the Control panel. After entering the data, a link to reset your password will be sent to your e-mail address. Read more about restoring access in the article.

Two-Factor Authentication

Follow these steps to enable two-factor authentication:

  1. Turn the switch to the active state on the Security tab.
  2. Enter your current account password.
  3. Click Verify.

The activation code will be sent to the contact phone number specified in the account profile.

If You Don’t Have Access to the Contact Phone Number

If you don’t have access to your phone, you can use a backup code to log in to the Control panel. Each code can only be used only once.

You can create the backup codes on the Security tab by clicking Generate backup codes. Please write down or print the codes as they will be hidden after refreshing the page.

Changing Your Contact Phone Number

If you plan to change your phone number, create a ticket to change the phone number in your account.

Session Logs

To send login notifications via e-mail, put a tick in the corresponding box in the Login history section.
